My first snowboarding session!
Voice is better than yesterday, not the same as normal but at least I'm assured that I won't lose my voice forever.
It was a beautiful day! Fine and sunny with blue skies and plenty of fresh powder after 2 days of incessant snowfall. Went for my first snowboarding session with Takahashi-sensei (the kind PE teacher), Patrick and Patrick's friend working in Tokyo who happens to be a certified snowboarding instructor. It was really fun! I can move quite comfortably with my heel side but not so well on the toe side, so need more practice on that. Anyway, I was told that I have really good balance and am doing well for a beginner! (Head very big now, as my little cousin Ewen said)
