Noto Peninsula & Kanazawa
After a morning onsen bath, we returned to our private dining room for a hearty breakfast.

The highlight of breakfast was grilled fugu (pufferfish).

Then we bade farewell to our personal attendant and boarded the sightseeing train-bus to return to Kanazawa. The bus brought us to the Wajima morning market, which is a lively market with over 100 stalls selling mainly freshly-caught seafood, vegetables, and handicrafts. The market has a long history and almost all the stalls are run by women.

Manhole covers show what Wajima is famous for - the morning market and lacquerware.

After the morning market, the bus driver brought us to a shrine where they were preparing a portable shrine for a festival the next day.

After returning to Kanazawa, we went to the Higashi Geisha district, where there are many traditional teahouses.
