I had to go to school today for the opening ceremony (again, it's a formal affair - had to be dressed in black).

To facilitate the melting process of the snow, people use excavators to dig the snow up so that more surface area is exposed. It looks cute when they're round - like marshmellows, but these ones have been left exposed for sometime so they've melted already.
