Enjoying crepes for breakfast at an alfresco cafe in Roppongi Hills.
At a Japanese garden in Roppongi Hills. Check out my new hat! Only 1,000-yen (S$14)...I love it!
Took Ivan to Harajuku and the nearby Meiji Shrine. As it was an auspicious date, there were several weddings going on at the shrine. A family photo during the wedding ceremony. The bride and groom are wearing traditional kimonos in the centre of the front row. Traditionally, Japanese wear only black for weddings and other formal events. However, there is an increasing trend among young Japanese to wear other colours for wedding ceremonies.
Check out this strange explanatory note at the Meiji Shrine's souvenir shop: "Rubbish rice cake with gold foil and chestnut bean jam"...kekeke!
