Was at the supermarket when a familiar, unmistakable smell wafted up my nose. I hunted around and there, found it!
On sale for only 500-yen (S$7) cos it was a little overripe. They usually cost about 3,000-yen (S$42). (Maybe they should remove the pretty netted bag it comes in and make it cheaper.) Bargain! Many seeds inside and the flesh was quite thick too. For a Thai durian, the taste was quite good. Almost as good as a good Malaysian one! Yum!

Couldn't finish it all at one go so I packed the rest in a tupperware and put it in the fridge. Ate the rest as dinner the next day. Tastes even better chilled!
