Ordered to wear a face mask!

Many teachers and students are having colds recently. Today, the matronly Nakajima-sensei (school nurse) strode into the teachers' room with a box and placed a packet of face masks on every table.
Every teacher was told to wear a mask, even if they're not sick (as a preventive measure), to prevent a flu outbreak. Just in time, cos I felt like I was starting to come down with something. Nakajima-sensei explained to me that this was a service item from the school (in Japan, they use the word service to mean that something is free). So for the first time in my life, I donned a face mask.
It felt a bit warm but fitted really well and had a built-in menthol sheet, which cleared my blocked nose.

The teachers' room looked really funny with everyone wearing face masks.
