Home-made curry
The rain has finally reached my area. It has been raining heavily in southern Japan and the Pacific Ocean side for the last few weeks but the rain clouds have miraculously missed our area. Alas, we were not able to escape the clutches of this current batch of clouds, which is forecasted to bring heavy rain till tomorrow.
Stuck at home, I did laundry, cleaned the apartment, watched V for Vendetta and cooked curry...check it out!

No, I did not miraculously turn into a chef overnight. The curry was made from a Kitchens of India "Butter Chicken Curry Paste" courtesy of my friend Edmund who lived in New Delhi, India. I merely added water and cooked it with chicken, potatoes, and tomatoes. Idiot-proof! Dipped roti in the curry. Yummy. Although it's not too spicy, a little bit sour, not as lemak as the curry we have back home, it's closer to the curry we have back home than any Japanese curry I've had. This will last for all my lunches this week! Reckon I'll be sick of curry by then...
