Preparing the ang pow

Wedding is tomorrow! Got to prepare the ang pow beforehand cos I've got to go to the beauty salon early in the morning to get dressed in kimono.

1. Place money in the small envelope provided.

2. Put envelope in the centre of the Japanese paper and fold the ends back.

3. Tie wire ribbon around it.

4. Write appropriate kanji (Chinese character) in the upper middle half of the envelope. In my case, the envelope came with 3 slips of paper. I just had to choose 1 strip with the message I want and write my name at the bottom half. Then, place it right in the centre just behind the ribbon.
