Judo

I'm enjoying the judo classes. After the warm-up, I join the students in sparring matches. It's pretty fun. The boys' sparring matches on the other hand are very competitive and intense.

This is the funny rolling thing we do as part of warm-up. From a standing position, you lean forward to roll over one shoulder, smacking your arm against the ground, to break your fall. It's the action that my students say I'm "a sight to behold".
