I'm officially gaijin

Got my gaijin card today (see below) and with that, opened my bank account.


(I deliberately smudged my gaijin registration no. and signature for security reasons. If you want my number to buy 4D back home, just drop me an email.) :)

Check out my super cute bank book! Next thing to get is a hello kitty credit card!

    ooh, you look very pretty in the photo! they have hello kitty credit cards?! i need to go live in japan! but first, i must earn enough moolah to qualify for credit card... haha!

    Urghs...stop mocking my resume photo people! Taken from the Bright photo studio at Clementi interchange ok?!

    Anyway, Anne, the kitty-chan (as hello kitty is called here) credit card is issued by tokyo-mitsubishi bank. I believe its a charge card. Most of the banks here issue charge cards as long as you have an account with them. So no minimum salary requirement :)

    I'm working on the cellphone, Ivan. Will prob get it this weekend.
